Style Spas Ltd are warranted against water loss
due to defects in the spa shell for five years
from the original date of purchase.
2 Years Equipment and Controls
Style Spas Ltd’ electrical equipment components
– specifically limited to the pumps, heater, and
control system - are warranted against
malfunctions due to defects in workmanship or
materials for 2 Years from the original date of
2 Years Shell Surface
Style Spas Ltd are warranted against blistering,
cracking, or delaminating of the interior surface
of the spa shell for two years from the original
date of purchase.
2 Years Synthetic Cabinet
Style Spas Ltd synthetic cabinets are warranted
against defects in workmanship or materials or
two years from the original date of purchase.
Normal wear and weathering of the finish will
occur naturally over time, and are not considered
1 Year Plumbing Components
Style Spas Ltd’ plumbing components are
warranted against leaks due to defects in
workmanship or materials for 12 months from the
original date of purchase.
Conditions of Warranty
All warranties apply to the original customer, at the original address that the Hot Tub was installed. The warranty does not
include engineer mileage. The warranty does not include the cost of shipping parts back to Style Spas or to an authorised
repair agent for assessment. The warranty does not include costs incurred by the use of non authorised engineer. Customers
must gain written consent from Style Spas before instructing any engineer not authorised by Style Spas. In all cases Style Spas
has the sole responsibility for determining the cause and nature of a fault and Style Spas’ determination is final. Style Spas
reserve the right to provide a replacement Hot Tub of equivalent value if we deem it to be necessary. In such a circumstance
the customer shall be responsible for the cost of moving and installing the new Hot Tub into position.
The customer must report any discovered fault to Style Spas within 10 days. A Style Spas representative will then diagnose
the fault over the telephone and may suggest a number of possible solutions for the customer to attempt. If these
suggestions fail to resolve the fault, Style Spas will send out an engineer. If an engineer is sent out, payment of a call
out/travel charge will be required from the customer. Payment of the call out/travel charge is necessary before the engineer
will be sent out. Call out fees are waived for any fault occurring in the first 30 days of delivery. If the engineer determines that
any fault is not covered under this warranty, the customer will be solely responsible for the cost of any parts and the
engineer’s onsite labour charge.
All warranties hereunder are void if the Hot Tub has been subject to chemical imbalances, alterations or modifcations not
authorised by Style Spas. Attempts to repair the Hot Tub not authorised by Style Spas, incorrect use of the Hot Tub including
but not limited to running the Hot Tub dry or flling the Hot Tub incorrectly, electrical installation by a non qualified
electrician, ice in the spa, incorrect winter preparation, or commercial use will render the warranty void.
No part of the Hot Tub is warranted against chemical damage. This includes but is not limited to deposits of limescale on the
Hot Tub shell or any of its components. Correct chemical use is the sole responsibility of the customer.
The Hot Tub shell and components are not covered against any defects which may occur as a result of the customer not using
the cover while the spa is not in use.
The warranty does not cover damage arising from the use of unauthorised sanitisers such as tri-chlor, acids, calcium
hypochlorite, sodium hypochlorite, peroxides or any sanitizing chemical that may remain undissolved on the spa surface.
Damage to pillows reported beyond the day of delivery will not be covered under warranty. Pillows are to be removed from
the spa when not in use.
Style Spas will not be liable for loss of use of the Hot Tub, or any incidental expenses incurred as a result of the repair or
replacement of the Hot Tub. This includes but is not limited to permanent decking or surroundings, fooring, any other
fixtures, chemical loss, water loss or filter loss. Style Spas will not be responsible for inadequate radio reception in relation to
the Hot Tubs entertainment system. Style Spas warranties aret limited to the maximum amount of monies received from the
customer with respect to the sale of the original Hot Tub.
All warranties apply from the date the spa is delivered to the customer. A copy of your Part P certifcate for electrical
installation must be available to view to validate your warranty.
